Little Graduates Children's Centre Fee Stucture, 2009

Unfortunately, there will be a fee increase for 2009.  UBSA endeavors to keep fees realistic, whilst providing quality childcare.

A full day costs $69.00 (8.00am to 6.00pm), a morning session is $42.00 (8.00am to 1.00pm) with morning tea and lunch provided and an afternoon session is $40.00 (1.00pm to6.00pm) with afternoon tea provided.

 

 

Discounts apply for multiple day bookings:

2 days:      $138.00
3 days:      $207.00
4 days:      $276.00
5 days:      $334.00

The Family Assistance Office provides the Child Care Benefit to families our Provider Number for this purpose is 555001641C. Please contact the Family Assistance Office for further details and to register.

Payment options

You may pay via cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS at the Student Association office, Level 1 Union Building

You can post a cheque, payable to University of Ballarat Student Association, to PO Box 663 Ballarat 3350 or into the payments box in the foyer of the Children's Centre (NO CASH ACCEPTED)
You can pay via your internet banking facility. If you use this method you must notate the description box in the payee section with the word CRECHE followed by your three digit family ID, located under your child'ÂÂ’s surname on your account. Please also email, fax or mail a copy of your transmission to the Student Association office. (Email address l.douglas@ballarat.edu.au & fax number 03 53 279457)

Pay your account at the bank. If you wish to use this method it is essential that you ask the bank to notate the transaction with your family ID as described above. You must also email, fax or mail a copy of your stamped bank deposit slip to the Student Association office. (Bank details Credit BSB 013 520 Account 3099 61635)

Pay via credit card over the phone to the Student Association office on 03 53 279450 during business hours.

ALL ACCOUNTS TO BE PAID ON INVOICE.

Overdue accounts can lead to the exclusion of children throughout the year until account is settled or prevention of re-enrolment at the beginning of semester.
